Overview
The entry lounge contains a mid-18th century naval style cannon and one of the 3 large hearths found across the house. The hall sports a museum-quality bespoke glass floodlight on the floor that illuminates the original entrance and wine cellar. The staircases to the upper and lower floors of the house are fitted with child-locking gates.
The house has 5 distinct bedrooms/suites (each with their own bathroom), and 8 beds, sleeping a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children/infants. There are 6 bathrooms (one for each bedroom and an additional bathroom by the church/pantry.
Metre-thick stone walls keep the warmth during the winter, and the cool during the summer. Doors to all rooms can be locked. All en-suite bathrooms have bidets. All bedroom windows have shutters for sleeping in. Upon request twin beds can be made-up doubles, and cots can be moved to desired rooms.
